Introduction
NextOra (ABN 16 669 511 424) provides workflow software for Australian migration agents. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website (nextora.com.au) or interact with us, how we use it, and your rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We do not yet offer a paid product. This policy covers the marketing website only. A product Privacy Policy will be added when our platform launches.
Information we collect
We keep this minimal and explicit.
Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are visited. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly: it does not use tracking cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not build cross-site profiles. The data we see is aggregated page-view counts and approximate geographic regions (country and city level).
Contact form.If you submit our contact form at /contact, we collect: your name, email address, agency or organisation name, and the message you send us. Submissions are delivered by email via Google's Gmail SMTP service and stored in our inbox until we no longer need them to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.
Newsletter signup. Email addresses you submit via our newsletter signup form are stored by our email service provider (Resend Inc.) for the purpose of sending you product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
We do not collect any other personal information through this site.
How we use information
We use what we collect for limited purposes:
- Responding to your enquiry when you contact us
- Understanding which pages are useful so we can improve the site
- (When live) sending newsletter updates if you have subscribed
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for marketing purposes.
Third parties
Three services help us run this site:
- Vercel hosts the site and provides analytics. Privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Google (Gmail SMTP) delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- Resend Inc. (resend.com) — email service provider used to store newsletter subscriber email addresses and, in future, to send newsletter broadcasts. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
Cookies
NextOra does not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free. Vercel may set strictly necessary cookies for site security; these are not used for tracking.
Data retention
Contact form submissions remain in our inbox until we no longer need them for the purpose of responding and any reasonable follow-up. Analytics data is retained by Vercel according to their policy. We do not retain personal information longer than necessary.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Complain about how we have handled your information
To exercise any of these rights, email trackly.admin@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, and disclosure. This includes using HTTPS across the site, restricting access to our inbox, and choosing reputable third-party providers (Vercel, Google) who maintain industry-standard security.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach that may affect you, we will notify you in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our product and services evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged prominently.
